I'm trying to calculate the current draw in a circuit with the following parameters......

Run Time = 135 minutes
Battery Capacity = 1960 mAh
Battery Voltage = 8.4v

Is there a way to determine load (in mA) with this information?

Very approximately, yes.

You divide 1960 mAh by 1.583 hours to get 1.24 Amps. The reason this is approximate is we don't know what "running time" means in terms of the battery's discharge rate, and we don't know what voltage the battery will be at when "running time" expires. For all we know the battery could have some capacity left when "running time" expires.

Right you are I read 135 minutes as 1 hour and 35 minutes
