As the link says, you need to have a post count of at least 10 before you can Edit or Delete.

thanks eric, got it so I need at least 4 posts before I can edit a post? will my replies be counted as posts or have to creat a new topic?

All posts in any forum other than Off-Topic count. But please don't make a bunch of posts just to pump up your post count -- guaranteed to put you on everyone's bad side.

Which attachment do you want to delete and from which post? We can take care of that for you.
