I am learning about RF amplifier and what is this symbol and where to put signal in?

If the signals on the antenna are within the passband of the amplifier then yes.

 

Except that the NPN BJT is in the cut off region. You are not going to get much of a signal from an antenna to drive that transistor on.
A properly biased FET would be a better choice.
Tell us what you are trying to do. What frequency signal are you trying to amplify?

 

How do we determine how much signal (signal frequency) an antenna can generate? For example i made a circuit using crystal 12 Mhz and then amplify to 24 Mhz....i want to this amplifier to help the antenna generate some good frequency output

 

So what you are trying to build is a class-C amplifier as an RF frequency doubler.
Are you licensed to transmit at 24MHz. I very much doubt it.

What if my transmission range only about meters away..like 1 or 2 meters do you think it still matters to the law?
