Hi, If I have a Digital Thermostat Module Model XH-W1209 . How to connect it with a 12v 10a thermoelectric module TEC-1 12710 , 12V 0.1A fan to a 12V 9A dc supply ?

On your XH -1209, the K0 and K1 terminals are basically a switch (they are the contacts from a relay controlled by the thermostat).

Knowing this, you should be able to hook up your thermo module and fan like this:

Now, if the 12V supply is ONLY powering the peltier and the fan, you could actually hook the supply up to both of the devices, then simply route the power for the 12V supply through the thermostat.

Thanks for helping. I am new to those thing. I understand the part that you have drawn, but how to route the 12v supply through the thermostat? Can I do it like the way Dodgydave provided link, just as the 12v connection?

Yes, as Stuntman drew it out. K0 and K1 are the open relay contacts controlled by the thermostat.
