How to connect a choke?

I bought a choke. Is it same as an inductor? But normal inductor got only 2 legs(pins), but choke got 4?

Does anyone know how to connect it?

Hello,

That type of choke is used in main filters.
There are two coils in it.
One is used for the hot side, the other for the neutral side.
