How to choose Fusible resistors

I am designing a SMPS using Buck converter topology.
The circuit has Universal Input. 12V/120mA, 1.44W output.
We have to use Fusible Resistor In the Phase. How we can
choose Fusible resistance value. Eg:8.2E, 2W.
