Hi everyone, as you see on the circuit, I would like to calculate the Cout and C1 and C2 for a given Vout and Iout.
my first simple trial is that:
Q=Cout*Vout
Iout=Q*Freq --> Q=Iout/Freq=Cout*Vout
--> Cout=Iout/(Vout*Freq)
alos I took C1=C2=Cout
I tried this on simple voltage doubler made by mosfet diode connected for simplicity reason and the Vout was half what I wanted!!!
so my formula is wrong. how do I correct it?

A switched-capacitor voltage multiplier charges the capacitors in parallel and then discharges them in series. so the circuit is basically wrong.
Start with the circuit for an AC powered full-wave voltage doubler.
