Hi. I need some expert's help in where to get the info on calculating the power comsume by the load. If you could explain to me the formulas used, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I downloaded the picture- and it's pretty tiny. I zoomed in- and still no good. If you could post the values of components- I'll try and figure it out.

 

You also need the voltage and frequency of the source.
