HOW TO CALCULATE MTBF AND FAILURE IN TIME

Hi ppl..

I am calculating MTBF and FIT for electronic components according to IEC 62380 standard. I'm using a calculator tool from ALD service (https://aldservice.com/Free-MTBF-Calculator-User-Guide.html). I am unable to calculate the MTBF of the electrolyte capacitor (part no. 100ZLJ470MGC18X25) which is from Rubycon. I need to calculate the CSR i.e., current stress ratio. and also peak value of pulses. I have attached the pic for reference. Please help me out.
