Hello I have got the design from one fellow. he gave me board details and schematic. I am attaching the files here for the reference. please tell me how to start building this circuit and making pcb from scratch.

How do I know if that is double sided or single sided? Do I just need to print that on paper and transfer on PCB?

 

That board appears to be about 15 mm x 12 mm, double sided and with plated through vias. That is not a beginner's project, assuming you have the plating equipment. Why not send it to a commercial place and have it made?

Oh that sounding like it is difficult. Do you have any idea as how much they will charge for 10 pieces. No I don't have plating equipment. Can you make one sir?
