How to build a fast charging circuit using BQ2031?

Hi i am currently a student working on my final year project and one of the things I need to build is a fast charging circuit for LiPO batteries. I am planning to use the fast-charge IC BQ2031 for my Zippy Compact 4000mah 4S 25C LiPo pack. I need guidance on whether the BQ2031 is suitable for my battery and a guide on building this fast charging circuit.
