I have never seen the mobile version of the site. I was taken aback and thought you where talking about a different site.

I have usually experienced such problems when my connection was slow and some of the webpage data was lost during page loading.

Since this is recent behavior on this particular system/browser configuration, I suspect an update of a component. The site apparently uses "liquid" styles implemented either by JS or CSS. Have you had a Java or browser update lately? Google "HTML resize page"

I suspect the white frame is due to the browser thinking the is less space than there is to draw the page. Either a get attributes fail, a misread/corrupted style sheet or a Java function fail.

I'm not on a laptop/desktop, so can't look at the code.

Isn't your screen shot from ETO? There new owners have changed things there. The screen shot is how it looks if you have an 'ad blocker' on. Hope This site isn't going to be bought by those new guys, they have EDA Board and ETO now.

Those are the containers for advertisements. Adblock removes the ads but leaves the panels in which they were located. I see the same thing.

And yes, that's from ETO :p

Hello,

In adblock plus, you can have the option to keep or remove the placeholder.
When you remove the placeholder, the site will show in a different way, wich can distort the page.

I have that option checked but I still get a page similar to atferarri's. I've just come to accept it.

I currently use Firefox, Adblock, and Win7 on my desktop, and have no problem.

I also use FF and Adblock on Linux Mint with good results on my netbook.
