How many Amps do I need?

Hi, so recently I've purchased the following item from ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/391919239817
In the description it says that in order to work properly the input voltage needs to be from 3V to 6V, and later on they write about recommended batteries you can use, I'm just going to copy that section below:

3.7V Li-ion battery can be used single or two series , such as 18650 , idle cell phone batteries ( to remove the for protection board , the proposed capacity of 2000mAh or more ) or NiCd / NiMH battery pack , 4V or 6V Lead Acid batteries.
It is recommended to use more than one lithium battery 2000mA , 4000mA best conditions with more battery .

The thing is, that I don't really have those kind of batteries, but I do have 2 charges which I could use:
1. 5V/0.7A
2. 12V/1A
The problem is that I have no idea how much current this thing needs in order to work properly, I mean, the only thing it says in the description about that, is that the proposed capacity of battery should be 2000mAh or 4000mAh for "best conditions". But that doesn't really say how much current it needs.
Anyway, is there a way to tell how much current this thing needs? Or am I missing something?

Btw. I know this question may be quite dumb for some people, but I'm kinda new at this, so there's still a lot of simple things I don't know yet, also, sorry for any sort of grammar mistakes, English isn't my native language.

hi Infer,
Welcome to AAC.
I think what the ebay write up is trying to say, is the battery should be capable of suppling a 4000mA current pulse. else the battery voltage will be pulled too low.
Your chargers have insufficient current to drive the pulse transformer.

It warns you that the pulse ON time must be short else the transformer will burn out.
