What can I use to test these chips? GPIB chips, Static RAM and SPLD chips
They are socketed IC chips

Static RAM , DIP 28 pins
D43256AC-12LL

Static RAM
AM9128-10PC

EPROM memory
EP310PC-2

Interface bus Adapter (GPIB )
TMS9914ANL

SPLD Simmple Programmable Logic Device
TIBPAL16L8-25CN

Does a universal programmer test GPIB chips, Static RAM and SPLD chips?
