How do I make "POWER" and "ON" indicators for an ATX PSU?

I want to make a red "POWER" LED come on if plugged in, and a green "ON" LED come on if the PSU is in its fully on state. I have a switch that grounds PS_ON if turned on. How do I do so?

The Standby wire which is usually Purple will give 5V when the mains is connected, and use the 5V line(Red) or 12V line (Yellow) for the ps on illumination.
