Only Circuit in Post #13 has Buzzer. Circuit in Post #12 doesn't have a buzzer. If needed I can add a buzzer to circuit in Post #12 but it will need a NE555.

Where the sensors and power supply would come into the circuit, I think that's all that's left for now.

Ok. I will draw the Power supply circuit and add it to the existing circuit and post it here in a few minutes.

See if the attached circuit works for you. I have added Buzzer.

 

RV1 and RV2 are not used. It is only for Simulation.

Electronic PH detectors are very reasonably priced.

(Don't drink water; fish pee in it!)

RV5 is for adjusting the duration of buzzing.
