Find the currents and voltages. VD = 0.7V. I tried to solve this question but couldn't find how to proceed.

I think, currents that out in same node will be zero.

But there are THREE currents at that node. I1, ID1, and the current coming from the 9 V source.

What is Vo?

With just that information (and the original circuit, of course), can you determine the current in the 2.3 kΩ resistor?

Can you determine the voltage across the 1 kΩ resistors? If so, what is the current in it?

Knowing Vo, can you determine what I_D2 has to be?
