Hello, as a school project we need to design a circuit using a battery, i'm working on making a charge indicator wich works all fine but the only problem is when i charge the battery the battery capacity indicator wouldn't be correct so to make it user friendly i would like to break the circuit below in order to make the lights flash or something to indicate that the system is charging up. we are using a charging voltage from 14.5V-14.7V, the left slider would raise and lower the battery voltage (12V Bat) so we can test the indicator, the top slider is to turn on and off the charger, when its charging the circuit should be breaked so only the battery is charging

After some time to figure something out we both failed and where wondering if someone knows a way on how to do it :)

the program used: livewire

You could just use another comparator that lights an LED when the voltage exceeds the top voltage of the 3914. Or you might be able to tweak the inputs to the 3914 so that the top LED only comes on at the charging voltage.
