What is your attempt at the answer?
IC=BF*IB
IC/BF=IB
6mA/150= IB
0,04mA = IB

IC+IB=IE
6mA+0,04mA=IE

RE
-12V+1V+1V+1V+VCE+RE*IE=0
-12V+1V+1V+1V+3V+RE*6,04mA=0
RE*6,04mA=6V
RE=6V/6,04mA=993 ohms

I don't know how to calculate the values for R1 and R2

Determine the voltage at the base with respect to ground.
You don't really need R2 in order to arrive at a solution.
R1 and R2 is a simple voltage divider. There is a infinite number of solutions in creating a voltage divider.
Select the best solution based on some criteria.
