Hi, I am working on a Hitachi cp-x253 projector. It is not powering on. Power supply pop and now I am trying to fix it but need some help. I think IC 1 is bad it is a MR4020, but that is no problem. D107 blew! It is a service mount, anyone have a clue of what type of diode it is and how many volts it should be?

Yes I know it is a switching psu. I will try to post the pdf file. If it works it is on page 71. I just need a general ideal of what diode I should try, I am more concern with the voltage rating.

 

Try a Mur1560g, or a Byx55/600 ultrafast recovery diode.

Ok that is a start. Just need to find a smd with the same specs. I am hoping that IC1 MR4020 caused it to blow.
