Hello,i made a transimpedance circuit with a photo diode.After making a high pass filter, I see the circuit DC output as 0 volts

Why is this happening?

60f is 60 femtofarads, so I would say it's a little small to be practical in a discrete circuit.

Do you not know that a capacitor blocks DC?

Note that op amp cannot properly drive a 470 ohm load.
