I am making a coilgun and am trying to figure a good way to cut the power after a certain amount of time has passed. I have Raspberry Pi so the timing shouldn't be a problem. However, I am currently expecting the capacitors to spit out about 800A initially and it should fall to about 500A in a second. I am having trouble finding a switch/MOSFET capable of handling this. Voltage is not a problem as it's two 2.7V capacitors in series. The link to the capacitors I'm using is This.
