There seems to be a pervasive, mythical, expectation that an ebook for every published work must exist. This is mostly a great fiction. There are some noteable exceptions, Smith's book on DSP comes to mind, but very few published works are available in electronic form.

If you can't find it easily with a google search then it probably does not exist in that form.

I'd be interested to know if the OP has any evidence to the contrary. Is the book available in electronic form? If so can it be obtained legally?

 

Many books are now becoming available as ebooks, however they must still be purchased in the normal way for it to be legal. I think Adobe have some software for ebook purchase and management.
