Hi, can somebody help to explain feedback transistor please

Reference L2 and R2.
R2 resistance and L2's impedance help set the transistor bias level, also the gain.
As R2 is a fixed value it negative feedback effect is constant from DC upto very high frequencies.
But as the frequency of the input signal increases, so does the impedance of L2, the negative feedback in the emitter increases with frequency, so the gain decreases.
