If there is a sign of ground in the schmetic diagram, then how am i soppose to ground this point?

 

Depends what the ground means.. Can you attach the diagram?

There are various grounds, digital, analog, power, isolated: all with reference to some supply. There are also chassis grounds, which go to earth.
