If you would spend as much time trying to do your work as you are spending trying to get someone else to do it for you, you would be most of the way done.

From the evidence available, it appears that you are in a class that is presuming that you have knowledge and skills that you simply lack. You might be asking to design a TFF-based FSM this soon after covering T Flip Flops because all of this is review -- if your semester is on a normal Spring schedule, this is very possible.

Perhaps you haven't take the prerequisite courses or perhaps you have simply been able to slide through them by having others do your work for you in them, too. In either case, the past is catching up with you. You probably should drop this course and find one that will prepare you to take this course later. If you can't handle that one, then drop back further. Go back as far as you need to in order to find one that you can handle by doing the overwhelming majority of the work yourself and only having others give hints and suggestions on specific problem spots.
