Gentlemen,

Could you please help me a bit in coming up with a circuit so I can use the KTY84 temperature sensor. I am a little confused as to how it works. I need for it to give me the temperature up to 210 to 220C. Thanks.

How accurate do you need it to be?

At 220°C, the error could be as much as +/-10°C, even without figuring in the errors induced by the circuitry.

If you need accuracy, you'd probably be better off using a thermocouple and an instrumentation amplifier.

If the large tolerance is acceptable, then you'd need a constant 2mA current source through the KTY84. You'd measure the voltage drop across the sensor to get the temperature.
