I have a somewhat complex problem that I don’t know how to tackle.
I want to run a Monte Carlo simulation where the resistor value tolerance and the inductor value tolerance are coupled through a slightly more complex function.
The tolerance is related to the amplitude and phase of a complex function like this:
R=(amp±a)*cos(phase±b) and L=[(amp±a)*sin(phase±b)]/(2*pi*f). (a and b is the tolerance).
Any ide as to how I could model that with PSpice (if at all possible that is)?
I’m running Cadence OrCAD Capture v16.6.
