Hi,
I'm new in this forum, and I hope someone could please help me.

I ran an LTspice simulation using netlist of a very big electrical circuit (~500k resistors),
built from resistors only, .op solution.
but LTspice couldn't opent the results file. (it becomes non-responding)
after it ended the simulation ru, it just got stuck, when it suppose to open the results window.

I'm not a specialist with LTspice, but I did use it to create circuits similar to this one, and it seems like the circuit is "too big", but I don't know why.
I can see in the task manager that the CPU and Memory aren't in their maximum.

Suggestions?

Thanks a lot!

Hadas.

500,000 resistors? What is the purpose of this circuit? The simulation?

Sorry, but I (and likely others here) have no intention of uploading a massive file to check.
What do you hope a sim of a 500,000-resistor circuit will tell you that a sim of a 100-resistor circuit won't?

If you want to get help then do the thing that our members can accept, if you don't have the asc file then you could just post the part which had problem with jpg file.

I'm sorry, I didn't think it matters what this simulation is supposed to do.
It simulate some kind of device we have.
anyway, I'm not looking a way to create the circuit different then what it is, just to know what is the limitation of LTspice, and if anyone ever got stuck with this kind of problem.
Thanks very much for your wish to help!

I have no idea what your attempting to simulate...but first remove all the braces from the cir file.
why? They've never done caused any problems in the past... I've created the same file with much less resistors, and it worked just fine.
Thanks for your response!

In that case, good luck.
