Hello, I have a homework question that deals with I^2 L (Integrated Injection Logic) and I can't for the life of me find any information about it. We're covering the topic in class, but neither of my text books have any information about it, and my class notes aren't sufficient enough to answer the question. The question is attached to this thread.

I've Googled to the best of my ability and cannot find anything that explains how to make an AND gate. I understand how to create a NOR gate, but how do I AND A with B and C with D??

Any references, websites, suggestions would be much appreciated!

Using common emitter/open collector BJTs to implement logic. This means the outputs need to be "pulled up", so to speak, i.e. current limited source connected to collector to feed next stage.
