Hello, I have the following Power supply, the power supply doesn't provide any power, I have opened it up and based on my visual inspection and datasheet reading, I have summarized the following stages:

Note: I do not have the schematic.
I am planning to go stage by stage and just measure the current and voltage of each stage, does anyone have any other troubleshooting practicalo suggestions? I want to use this power supply to do charging of my Capacitor bank, this is a hobby project.
