HELP to identify a power supply

That! Just jumper them, why do you have resistors in there? Remove the resistors and place jumpers across those terminals.

Works if I just use a jumper. On the second post, Sagor said to add a 100ohm resistor.

It may be that the shutdown is caused by an incorrectly adjusted overcurrent shutdown circuit, or possibly overvoltage trip circuit. I did see a bunch of adjustment positions in an earlier photo. None of the loads you mentioned is a heavy load, so the AK comment does not apply here. Is it the whole supply shurs down, or just one output? If it is the whole supply then that is a different issue.

JUst the output I am using shuts down. GUess it is a protection of some sort.
