I offer a serious consideration about the design of the circuit, with all of the power for the three lower voltages passing thru the first regulators. Unless the actual loads are known and understood, that can lead to overloading of the earlier regulators.
Most supplies that have a 5 volt output have a greater current capability for the 5 volt section than for the other sections. Typical would be 5 volts at 3 amps and 12 volts at 1 amp or even just 100mA. If the loads on the 9 volt and 5 volt supplies were each 500mA there would be no capacity available for a 12 volt load. That could be a problem.
