I am doing a project on implementation of an ieee paper of a probabilistic approach on aircraft conflict detection.Am very new to the project some one plss help me to sort out this thing plsssssss

What sort of help are you looking to get? Aircraft at coaltitude and on converging courses are one major thing to check for.
