Yup, good catch. I never use those as it's much easier to remember 10^-12 rather than 0.000000000001....

But, the conversion units aren't specified. It could be 0.000001 micro-...

before pico farad became popular, micro micro was used. you might still see it on some older schematics or caps.

 

But, the conversion units aren't specified. It could be 0.000001 micro-...

And if the conversion units aren't specified, I think we can say it's an error, too.
