Help on Resonance and Q

well I know that Q represents the effective resistance of a circuit. And resonance is when the imaginary part of the impedance is zero. However I am given this one question where it asks "Find the coil Q at w0 = 1/sqrt(LC)". Perhaps I don't fully understand what Q is.

I have a picture of the circuit attached.

If anybody can help it would appreciated.
