help neeeded with solar powered battery charger

In the firist i want to wish for all helpful tips and trics what i ind in here.
i hat a problem witch an solar powered supply witch i use for charge an lead acid battery but i cant find an circuit to cut off the power when its done to avoid damage the battery (14.4V+). i tested a lot of probable solutions but none of them work corretly. if anone can help or give me a tip?:confused::confused:

Can you post the schematics that you have tried?

Tip: use the "Go Advanced" button below the reply box, and use the "Manage Attachments" button. The .PNG format for graphics is preferred; as they are fairly compact and not "lossy" like .JPG. Image sizes must be less than 100k bytes.

in the first schematic i had an tooo high voltage drop in output and ater that a tried a few variations of solve that problem with relay the resistor in the second battery is only for the internal resistance of the battery. in the second pic a solved the voltňage drop problem but in that case i cant made an reference voltage for the OP Amp beacuse i want to made it to cut off the power only when a voltage in battery reaches 14.2 V.
