for either of I\P 0 or 1 any one of ports should be activated. ie for 0 Ain & Aout S'd be shorted, for 1 Bin & Bout s'd be shorted.?
ie.. By controlling a single input either of two diff power line s'd feed to load.

I will put this way..
Consider output load.. To feed power to load, i have two input power rails (5v and 3.3v). load requires only 1.8v. so i can use a LDO to get 1.8v from either 3.3v or 5v.

At given time, IC i yet to be chosen s'd proceed any one rail (3.3v or 5v) to load, depends on input i'm giving through control I/P..

If only one power rail exists at any any time, 2 diodes would be the simple answer.
If you have both and want to switch, then 2 transistors are needed, ideally MOSFETS. Plus a controlling circuit. The diodes will still be needed.
