Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately I already looked at this connector, but its not a good fit, the "notch" on the connector is too far from the pins, and the cable that is supposed to go into it already has a tightening system (picture of cable added in this reply). The outer rim measures 35 mm in diameter, while the inner rim measures 22 mm.

Agreed, its not the same. Yours definitely seems to be more akin to the Russian ones than the common European/US ones, having the middle rows of pins on a rectangular grid rather than staggered alternately by row, or in concentric circles.
