I recently see some videos of induction heater in youtube and i really need a big one like to just make red hot a 2inch diameter iron rod
So i started making one with p90nf03l mosfet
When i tested with 2 mosfets it works well as i thought but i need more power to do my job
So i read that parralal mosfet shares current and it can produce more power so i bought 8 of them
When i parralal the 4 and 4 mosfets each side it doesnot work its getting shorted and my dc supply wires are burned
I dont know why its kept happening to me
Please guys help me with that

Adding more MOSFETs in parallel will multiply the gate capacitance and require a higher current gate driver to make them switch fast enough. I suspect your problem is due to insufficient gate current.

Post a schematic for more specific help.

What frequency are you using?
Typically the frequency comes down as the subject gets larger and denser.
The lowest I have come across was large steel plates heateR USING 60HZ
