If you see them, then what's the problem locating them?

Without any other information, if I were to guess, it looks like a switch mode power supply for something.

i am seeing elements with arrows on the guide in WWW. i am searching for them in My board.

The repair links you gave are for different supplies than the one you have. Are you trying to repair the one you have? What were the symptoms that make you think it is defective?

IC's are not always optocouplers.

 

Are you trying to repair the one you have? yes

it`s deffective because it has not even 5v stb. Power fet on first heat sink was dead. It was
P10NK60ZFP and i have replaced today with P10NK70ZFP but there is no effect.

the fuse is healthy. bridge rectifier is ok.

You really have not told us what you have done to detect those (and other ) issues. The web is replete with descriptions. One requirement for output is a load. Another is connecting the purple wire (example: see here: https://www.robotshop.com/letsmakerobots/check-purple-wire-first-aka-so-thats-how-my-computer-died).

What is your test set-up like?

The power supply was full with balls of dust...

i have doubt that it was used with covered whole for the cooler
