Not sure what the ohms are for this resistor. I came up with 300G ohms but can't find one online. It reads .3ohms when tested. Can anyone help?

Is it good?
Is it burnt?
Do you have a schematic showing where it comes from?

 

I have seen 1 G Ohm and 10 G Ohm but never a 300 G Ohm resistor. Normally when a resistor fails in circuit the fail open or have changed to a high value. A reading of 0.3 ohms makes no sense? Are you measuring in circuit? Something just does not seem right. A schematic as mentioned or the application it is used in would help.
