First post, so go gentle on me.
I need a SP3T rotary switch. I need it to be momentary contact and spring loaded to the center position (See pic). Appreciate help to locate. Thanks!

Switches like that are/were used in some twin-shaft car radios with digital tuning, although they may not have had the middle contact. Try browsing through an Alps catalog. Also, jog/shuttle controls on fancier/prosumer VCRs and laserdisc players, (sometimes located on the remote control). Probably not in the shape you want, but bodgeable by combining with a sacrificial pot to get the panel mount shaft.

I feel like I've overlooked some obvious source, but all I can add are: zoom controls on obsolete/broken camcorders (those will be small, so feasible to bodge onto the guts of a pot); industrial style control switches (not expensive in the small plastic generic styles); toggle switches, which maybe could be used temporarily:

This one from Alcoswitch at least exactly matches the (on)-on-(on) requirement and is in stock at various sellers. Better double check the specs in case RS had it wrong, though.:

There is a washer with a peg which sets the number of ways.
It would take a bit of ingenuity to invent a spring return but it shouldn't be that tricky. Think of the tuning scales on old radios and all the pulleys and levers that they had attached to a rotary control. The latch-in-position mechanism is simply a ball bearing and a spring which goes into a slot. Block the slot to stop it latching in positions other than the centre one.

Also Telemecanique made a line of switches that cover it, now Group Schneider, they are XB4 series and you customize them to how you need.
Add N.C. or N.O stackable sections.
Spring return to centre from L or R .

It says it is 2-position.
So how did you determine it is 3-position?
I purchased a couple off eBay. I took my multi meter to it today to confirm it’s a three position switch. exactly what I need for the project I’m working on.
Now to find some very small two color LEDs. I’m looking for something to mount and a dash panel that could be either red or blue.

A SPDT momentary center off switch is not a 3T switch, it only has two throws.
