I assume you mean PIC microcontrollers from Arizona Microchip?

Unless you have a specific question it's probably a good idea to start with the microchip website: http://www.microchip.com . Read up on the data sheet... it's always the best place to start when working with a new component. They also have a ton of application notes with sample code as well as the hardware schematics.
