Help Identifying SMD Parts

Hey I have two smd components on a small pcb that I'm trying to identify - can anyone help?

Part markings are:
50L
02
with a circular logo (does anyone know of this logo)

and

M3
6PA

both seem to be in the leadless package type and I believe them to be DFN, but thats a guess...
