Hi All,

I am having trouble identifying a transformer.

It has the following on the back:

LS-B2924-PT
E154515 Z152H
Class B (130)
LEI-6 0514
2014-11-22 16.21.46.jpg

Any idea what I would be looking for in a replacement?

First identify the primary and secondary, the primary will be wound on first, the secondary appears to be at the top in the pic.
If this was a power application on 120vac equipment, power the primary, measure the secondary then look in a site such as Hammond for a replacement by voltage and phisical size.
Max.

Looks like the top two red are the secondary (outer wound), if so the blk/red pair are most likely the supply, power-in if a mains transformer.
