I am currently trying to repair an LED driver circuit on a tail light array for a friend. There is a Mosfet or Transistor on the board in a TO-232 (d-pak) package that is numbered 9435 with 2f0f under that. I cannot seem to identify this part. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That will likely show a logo of the manufacturer.

seanstevens Thanks for the reply. I need it in a D-PAK . I was trying to upload a pic from my phone but it's too large for the server. When I reduce the resolution you can't read the numbers??
