Since 2 of the 3 component connections are commoned – it is likely to be a diode package, and not a transistor.

Since 2 of the 3 component connections are commoned – it is likely to be a diode package, and not a transistor.

I was thinking of something like this:-

You might notice that the part in the diodes.com datasheet is marked "ea1" and comes in the same package. It is a precision (0.4%) shunt regulator.

 

Thank you, now i solve with lm431 zener shunt regulator and work well, my friend help,
