i want ask about method or the circuit to get this frequency from MPSG magnet permanent synchronous generator 50 hz

One common solution as Alec pointed out is a MG (Motor Generator). Other than 50 Hz and 400 Hz you make no mention of your required voltage and current. Motor generators normally come with a KVA rating. Years ago I used KATO Motor Generator solutions for my 400 Hz power. You need to define your power needs? Anyway depending on needs a MG solution or an Inverter solid state solution.
