In your second equation, you have -3mA; that shouldn't be there. The 3 mA source and its associated 2k resistor do nothing because they are connected across a voltage source (36V). If you delete the right hand branch (the current source and 2k resistor) you can then solve the rest of the circuit for parts A, B and C of the problem.
